Health Insurer
Notify the health insurance company of your pregnancy. You can ask if you are entitled to a maternity package. This package is necessary for your (home) birth. If you are not entitled to a maternity package, you can buy it at baby stores. Check with your health insurance company if your policy can be adjusted due to your pregnancy.
Baby kit
You can already orient yourself on the things you need for your baby. Here you can think of the nursery, stroller but also the supplies for your baby. See our supplies and baby essentials list.
Pregnancy course
If desired, you can enroll in a pregnancy class, you can think of: pregnancy yoga, pregnancy fitness, pregnancy gym, haptonomy.
Childcare
Should you wish to use childcare after your maternity leave, you can start looking into the possibilities. When you return to work, will your child go to a child care center, a guest parent or someone close to you?
Birth Cards
The choice and assortment in birth announcements is vast. Start your orientation early. Tip: write the envelopes of the birth announcement cards in advance, so you have more time to spare in the maternity period.

We will contact you between the 25th and 30th week to schedule the intake. We usually come to your home for a home visit; depending on your health insurance, the intake may take place at your home or over the phone.
